A personal service provided by experienced Property Broker, Mike Wallis, who has been a part of the Davies family for over a year now.
Mike has decades of experience in property having worked in residential sales for many years as a Negotiator, Senior Negotiator and Branch Manager for an established independent estate agency before finally heading up their Land and New Homes department in the mid 2000’s prior to working for a luxury property developer in Wimbledon Village for several years as their Land Director and Sales Manager and at times Project Manager.
Mike came back in to agency working with some of the more established boutique brokerages a decade ago helping expand and run teams of agents before more recently joining Davies Property Partners to offer this service to his clients and to help expand this side of the business to clients outside of our core areas on a self employed basis as we establish ourselves as market leaders in this hybrid agency space in Surrey.

You can expect a one point of contact experience from appraising your property initially, showing potential buyers around, providing feedback regularly, progressing your sale and handing over the keys to the new owners on completion whatever your circumstances.
Mike is available throughout the time you work together and will work closely with your solicitor and your buyers solicitor to ensure a smooth transaction whilst limiting any stress that may arise throughout the process, significantly reducing the chance of a fall through.
