We are proud to introduce George Caporn as Sales Manager of our newly relaunched Hinchley Wood team. George brings a wealth of local knowledge, a calm, client-first approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for guiding buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through every step of their journey.

His leadership is underpinned by the values that have shaped our business for over two decades – integrity, service, and results. George also manages our Claygate office, working closely with Sales Director Lewis Sutehall and Gareth himself to ensure seamless service across both locations.

On the lettings side, Daniel Cole now leads operations for both Hinchley Wood and Claygate, under the guidance of Samantha Young, our Group Lettings Manager. Daniel’s calm, measured and client-focused approach ensures landlords and tenants alike enjoy a smooth, professional experience at every stage of the lettings journey, from first enquiry to move-in day and beyond.
